What can be said, it's the earliest harmony of the 4 gospels and gives evidence of those in use...it's a pity more folks do not pay attention to the Early church documents, for they do not teach many of the doctrines of today. Tatian's work to me is an important witness to the gospels in use at that time and is evidence of his attempt to make a harmony from the 4 and that to me is a blessing.

The importance of the Diatessaron

The Diatessaron is one of the best proofs of the existence of the four gospels at an early date. If you are a student of the Bible you need a copy of this harmony of the gospels. The Diatessaron's existence by the middle of the second century becomes solid proof of the existence of all four gospels by the end of the first century.

You get what you pay for

The introduction is from Wikipedia. The translation is public domain King Jamesish. The text has verse numbers in all sorts of strange places. But this book was in new condition and the print was about 14 pt and easy to read. No other notes or cross references.
